About ClearMind Founder Matthew Kreek
Matthew Kreek founded ClearMind Consulting in Phoenix, Arizona after serving with the FranklinCovey Company. Matthew spent years working with the most successful companies and entrepreneurs in the world. While implementing productivity programs for his clients Matthew developed a concept he called "productive spontaneity." This discovery has been refined and is now fundamental to everything we do at ClearMind Consulting.
Q.1 What is Matthew's education and experience?
After earning an MBA with special honors from the Crosby Business School, Matthew represented the world-renowned FranklinCovey Company. He served as sales manager and trainer for nearly 7 years in the Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona markets. Kreek twice earned the prestigious FranklinCovey President’s Club Award for “excellent performance and team leadership.”
Q.2 Explain your "holistic approach" to productivity?
Professional and personal experience has taught Matthew that productivity training must be holistic to be sustainable. Our personal and professional lives often merge and intertwine. If we are to adapt to the new world of work we must also have the right tools and training for personal success. Matthew, his wife Melissa, and their young son Lucas face the same challenges as most busy families. Many of the programs that we now offer were first tried and tested as Matthew sought out balance and success in his own home and small business.

Many of our company values come directly from Matthew's favorite book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr. Stephen Covey. We embrace the principle that each of us is a creative force, with infinite worth and potential. We believe in "win-win" relationships based on respect, mutual understanding, and mutual benefit. And we believe in the simple, powerful concept that we can achieve more by working together than we ever could achieve individually.
